Why Physical Therapy?

Physical Therapists are the primary specialists in movement dysfunction, which is knowing how the body moves and works together. We take a conservative approach to restore the body to efficient movement for optimal performance.

Do You Have Pain?

Contrary to popular belief, pain is not a part of the aging process. Pain is the body's way of telling you that something is not quite right. Let us figure out what that “something” is so that you can live tomorrow pain free!

Difficulty
Walking/
Falling

Deconditioning can occur after illness, injury, or a significant decrease in activity. This often leads to decreased balance, difficulty walking, weakness, and episodes of falling. Our therapists can design a specific program that focuses on individual needs.

Sports

We treat athletes with various types of sports-related injuries in addition to an injury prevention/sports enhancement program. We have advanced training in FMS (Functional Movement Screens) and SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) to fully assess movement patterns to get to the root of your symptoms.

Struggling With
Vertigo

Vertigo is the sensation of movement but often is associated with dizziness, nausea, and a sudden decrease in balance. This can occur with rapid changes in position and can be very intense. Our therapists have specialty training in vestibular dysfunction and will help you to quickly combat this issue.
